Universal Gas Detection

Universal gas detectors from RC Systems feature smart sensor technology and have a robust design to satisfy your most demanding applications. We offer models with aluminum, stainless steel, or non-metallic poly housings to accommodate a range of operating environments. Some models are also available with heated elements for low-temperature applications.

Our SenSmart 5000 gas detector provides more features than competitive products with better performance to cost ratio. Features include a color backlit LCD that changes with alarm status, sensor life indication, remote sensor mount up to 4000’, and two RS-485 ports for Modbus. The SenSmart 5000 is CSA certified for Class 1, Division 1 and Class 1, Division 2 locations.

Our SenSmart 4000 gas detector features proprietary technology that provides sensor recognition and temperature compensation within the gas detector. Features include graphic displays, programmable flashing LED alarms, sensor life indication, and more. The SenSmart 4000 is certified for Explosion Proof Class 1, Division 1 and Non-Incendive Class 1, Division 2 safe installations.
